About Thomas M. Beh
Thomas M. Beh joined Elkins, PLC in August, 2009. Mr. Beh’s practice concentrates on commercial litigation. Over the past 15 years, he has worked in many areas of practice, including construction litigation, securities litigation, ERISA and fiduciary litigation, Officers and Directors claims, fidelity / employee theft claims, and other complex commercial litigation. He was a clerk for the Honorable Marcel Livaudais, Jr., for the United States Eastern District of Louisiana.

Mr. Beh wrote "The Golden Needle in the Electronic Haystack: Electronic Messaging and Modern Litigation," The Litigator, November 1998, as well as other presentations on electronic data discovery.
