About Jordan Monsour
Jordan Monsour, whose focus is on real estate transactions, joined Elkins, P.L.C. in 2003. His experience includes real estate sales, acquisitions, leases and development, including closing transactions, forming and restructuring business entities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of public and private companies, private equity offerings and venture capital financing.

While attending LSU Law School, Mr. Monsour received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Writing. Prior to joining Elkins, P.L.C., Mr. Monsour was an associate at a regional law firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Mr. Monsour has represented various lenders, builders, developers, real estate owners and investors, in all aspects of commercial and residential development. Additionally, Mr. Monsour has experience representing publicly traded companies, 501(c) not-for-profit corporations, and start-up technology and service companies.
